Familiarizing yourself with our policies and procedures described below will help ensure that you and your party enjoy a peaceful and relaxing visit.

Book an Event
A $50.00 fee on a Credit Card, Check or Cash is required at the time of booking to hold your event date. The deposits are non-refundable, and will not be credited towards your services!

Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow our guest to have allotted time to change clothes, sit and mangle. Please give a courtesy call if expected to arrive late.

Minimum Age
All Guest under sixteen year of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cell Phones
For the comfort and pleasure of our guest, we respectfully request that cellular phones and pagers be turned off.

Tipping
Industry standard for tipping is 15-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy
All guest need to give 24 hour notification of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for your scheduled services!

Refund Policy
Erskine Reeves Salon and Spa Exercises a No Refund Policy. However we will fix or customize any service the day of your event. Please note that all prices are subject to change!!
